These things are getting harder and harder to find, afterall.

I won't return this thing; it still is a brand new, and fully operational cd player/radio, and when I plugged in my Bose portable computer monitor speakers to the headphone out jack, the sound was just fine (granted, I paid 3x as much for those speakers as for this boombox), but even with the 'bass boost' turned on, this thing sounds not much better than my iPhone.

This way us older people, or humans in general, could just turn the damn thing on, select RADIO, CD, BT or whatever - and it would operate.

Hate this this Thing and it wasn't cheap.

I grew up in the boom box era, and this thing is decidedly wimpy on sound, even with the "Mega Bass" feature (it's unlistenable without it turned on)

Anything audio needs to sound good and this thing sounds bad, real bad

The only other thing I noticed is that the unit drains power rather quickly when using the 6 C batteries it holds.

The only tricky thing is the order in which songs are played

My favorite thing: one-button record of a CD to a USB or thumb drive device

Then a few weeks later just past the latest possible return date the whole thing stopped working

I'm giving it because they don't offer a decently priced, simple player any more and the stupid thing won't turn off

but you guys have really dropped the ball as far as display illumination goes for people that have a hard time seeing things the illumination that you uses the most difficult thing in the world to see it be nice if you all would lie to it

This thing was a complete waste of money as I drove down with it to Mexico and I am completely unable to ship it back

This thing looks great, functions great, and has many features that have been prematurely removed from current gen speakers: USB, RADIO, CD

I love everything about the The sound quality and the functionality, the only thing I wish it had was an LED light for the screen and a separate repeat button
