I don't have a fancy unit with great speakers, but find this little boom box is fine for me

It is a little smaller than our last one, which we like for portability, and it has decent sound for a smallish unit (as good as our previously slightly larger one).

Initially, the unit worked fine but after only about 3 months the CD player is having intermittent failures
