The charging case bumps this product up to 5-stars for me, just make sure you press them in snuggly and wait a moment for the charging indicator to light up

If I was going to buy new ones I'd probably pick the Jabra Elite 65t, since they have stereo calling in supposedly pretty good microphones at a similar price point
