2nd time in two days our Sony Bravia loses all sound when we switch channels

Overall a big disappointment for a Sony TV with a great picture and sound to be ruined by a poor operating system.

The sound quality is fine, but not as good as I'd like and investing in a compatible sound bar may be necessary if you want more cinematic sound.

I like this TV for its clear picture quality and sound, and especially the ease for using the remote control to access Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Don't let the price tag fool you, it's a phenomenal TV and shows just how advanced televisions have become over the years, when a very large 4K Sony TV with an outstanding picture, great sound and extremely easy to use interface have become this affordable

Still syncs with my s-master surround sound too
