If I bump the brightness up the blacks appear blacker for sure, but I instantly noticed the blacks were overpowering colors.. some colors/detail on a mostly black background completely fade away.

The picture quality is excellent, colors are much more vibrant and blacks are better than 800D. HDR has been improved as well as adding DV support
