Sony's service is clueless and keeps telling me it can be fixed via software, yet their software fix hasn't worked after 3 tries.

Also, the services sucks

I don't keep apps open and I don't run unnecessary services on my phone (i.e. location, Bluetooth, etc.)

Great phone with enhanced selfie camera(s), including image stabilization.
