The Boombox has great sound with CD's or MP3's, but it lacks in picking up radio staion signals well

I have not tried to use this with radio, since radio is dead where I live (thanks Clear Channel).This boombox is considered portable, but it's built like a tank, weighs as much as a tank and a tank might even be smaller

It's the most expensive boombox I've ever bought (I'm a cheapskate), but I got tired of replacing my cheap boomboxes after they broke and having to listen to them at half volume because of awful sound and distortion.

It is significantly larger than the average portable boombox, so pay attention to the dimensions and weight to see if it's a fit for you
