I was VERY pleased with the very prompt and effective customer service I received

first unit was DOA; excellent customer support that went above and beyond by giving me a free replacement; working unit is great for a bedroom but not what you want for a living room.

If you want good customer service I highly recommend spending the extra money on the vava voom.
