Had a odd noises in the background

i work in a factory and can easily hear music even with loud background noise

I got these today and the only problem there seems to be is that the bluetooth is kinda spotty and crackles sometimes and there is a weird noise that is made in the background whenever its playing any sound (sometimes when not).

Also, if you listen long enough, there is a rattling noise with music in the right speaker

From what I could gather, while the music isn’t overly loud, the beanie does a good job of isolating noise
