    • The touch control on the side of the headphones is very cool
    • The touch controls are pretty bad - they were pretty unresponsive when I intended to do something, and activated accidently if I inadvertently touched the control surface
    • Another major annoyance is touch control
    • Touch controls are gimmicky, does not consistently work for play/pause
    • What I didn't like was the touch controls and the comfort after an hour of so of wear
    • In a nutshell the touch controls were extremely finicky and after a few days of failed attempts to adjust volume, skip tracks and play/pause music I gave up on using them and went with my iPhone for control

    • So, the other unit is working really good but only reason I am giving 4 star as the touch control is not as good as my other headphone(Sony WH 1000xm2)
