The LED does not function as described in the manual and 2) the microphone doesn't work.

I received these less than 3 months ago and the Bluetooth connection is already extremely spotty, even when my phone is in my pocket (my phone is new and does not have Bluetooth issues with any other devices).I would suggest looking elsewhere for affordable Bluetooth headphones

Customer service told me that the signal does get interrupted unless it is located somewhere where interference is not present

Not only does it NOT do that, they are extremely uncomfortable to sleep in

controls does not sit properly in the ear due to weight imbalance and always is falling out of the ear.
