I am glad I didn't buy the more expensive model, because once you have the books on it you can't see it at all, which is the point, right

I tried over and over to find a similar bookshelf, but the closest one I found was an even more expensive model at The Container Store

It's unwieldy and has a much larger footprint than the more expensive models, and since the shelves are so large, the books don't really "float" unless they're very large
