Perfect height (I'm 6'4)

I am 5'10" and the medium size was perfect height for me (it is placed on a slightly higher than normal desk-32 inches high)

The other issue is the height of the keyboard- your arms should be close to 90 degrees when typing

Also, for those people that can't handle standing all day (like myself) if you have a laptop you can lower it to the keyboard shelf and just lower the keyboard and mouse to desk level, it also is the ideal height for sitting

I really like the desk and it is a perfect height for me.

It's a great height (there are three heights to choose from), it was easy to assemble, and it's surprisingly sturdy
