Size M worked perfect for me at 5’9” even with long arms.

The keyboard tray is too short for me with the height of my desk (and yes I purchased the right size)

the large size is just right for me; I'm 6' tall.

Size large is good for 6' 2''

The surfaces are a good size for my 15-inch laptop and my wireless keyboard and there is enough room to also use a mouse, lay my glasses etc
