I found the case to be too slippery and I bought the other NeoHybrid case from Spigen that had the clear silicone case with a hard bumper rim.

The bumper is not that difficult to take off

as advertised just be sure to separate the two pieces first then put the phone in the case then apply the perimeter bumper...very easy
