The only issue i'm having is that the bottom part of the case under the home button is a bit unstable since it's the thinnest part of the case

It's a bit slippery, but not too bad.

Sure it gets scratched a bit on the back plate, but so does the iPhone's back if you didn't have the case

The soft rubber (which overlays the screen a tiny bit to help protect that) along with the more firm wrap around plastic is a great design
