In general, I find the process of drying the records with this system to be quite messy, and the microfiber clothes included sometimes leave strands in the grooves that are very difficult to remove and often end up getting stuck on the stylus

I had used Discwasher since I was a teenager, but as I revisit my record hobby I realize the RCA Discwasher D4 system is kind of useless - it moves the dirt around and does nothing for pops and clicks

Well, this was a perfect purchase in my opinion, and I will never play another album on my very expensive sound system without giving them a full cleaning first

Recommend you buy it, use it, and then if you want to go the extra yard, invest in a more expensive system later if you feel you need it

that works great with a 50/50 solution of distilled white vinegar and distilled water but wanted a better cleaning system as I suspected that wet cleaning with a brush got some of the junk but just moved some of the groove dirt from one spot to another

Now everyone's over all setup will differ from each other and how their lp's sound,but I assure you,that no matter your system.this cleaning system will add so much that you may find it hard to believe you are listening to the same lp's and the same setup..it is that good.
