That being said, this sports armband is not the best running cell phone holder for me and/or my phone.

Phone stayed secure and dry for a 1/2 marathon and held my keys and cards comfortably

I highly recommend this product for anyone who wants a high quality product to hold your phone, keys and other small items safe and secured while you exercise.

I am also happy to know that my phone is protected in the armband case.

And sometimes I simply carry it around in place of a purse, as it protects the phone and allows me to have other essential items with me.

So unless they upgraded their material, I would not recommend this to anyone who plans on having their phone stay on their arm while working out

However, the case of the band is pretty big so you can put your phone with its case into it as well

It's a great phone holdee for a guy but too bigvfor a female.

I love that my phone fits in it just like it should in this armband plus it has another pocket for whatever else you want store in it while you walk or run
