Sound quality was not as good as the old Comcast device - it was sometimes hard to hear the other party clearly due to digital distortion

Both Sprint Phone Connect 2 devices were unusable.

This device uses the cellular system and for the first few months it worked OK

We have a very strong Sprint signal here, allowing the device to sit quite out of the way and still work fine
