It run pretty quietly, except for the expelling of dirty water occasionally during the cycle.

If you run it with hot water from the tap the timer is almost right

Used a John Guest ASVPP2LF Push-Fit Adaptor Valve (3/8” x 3/8” x 3/8” angle stop valve) to split off the hot water supply under sink

But I tried it anyway and same thing no clean dishes and the water didn’t even get hot

The only other issue I have with it is the faucet adapter isn't a perfect fit for my faucet, so it still leaks water.

If you run it with cold tap water then it takes a very long time for it to heat the water but the timer doesn't account for this

And contrary to the overall marketing material and internet searching, these countertop units can absolutely be plumbed in permanently like any normal full sized unit, directly connected to both hot water supply and drain/disposal inlets

I always run the hot tap water before hooking up the machine

Attach it between the hot water supply valve and the faucet line as instructed

The hot water is going to be heated by electricity either way

If you have a gas hot water heater then you will probably want to use hot water from the tap to save you money

When not in use the 5' of double hose need a home, and be sure to drain the water out of the hoses into the sink after letting off the pressure with the little button because there will be more and it will end up soaking your countertop
