This product is great

Unfortunately, the color we needed the most leaked-crack in the ink well; Some other colors had the same problem; for the colors that worked, the product was adequate..

If online shopping returns weren't so bothersome I'd return this horrible product.

Nibs skip and ink flow stops which causes blank or "scratchy" areas in the writing would not recommend this product.

I bought this for a gift for my niece and was told it wasn't working, it was spitting out Blobs of ink, one Ink was all dried up, and it was in general a very poor product

This is a great product especially for the price,but the only downside is the instructions fail to tell you that you will have to wait up to an hour to use the pen because the ink has to saturate the pen.

I bought this in July as a gift and learning tool for my teen grands.... we started working with the pens and NONE of them worked and NONE of the inks came out smoothly or at all.... they will not let me return a defective product because it has been longer than 30 days.... so much for standing behind the products you sell....
