I absolutely love my new stand up desk

You have to get in a good standing position and make sure to lift with your knees.

As a high school teacher I am on my feet most of the day, and the stand up desk allows me to work so much more efficiently.

This desk has a large enough stand to fit both of my monitors, and the keyboard shelf being stationary is not a problem for me
