One of the punches is defective and won't punch all the way through

It no longer goes all the way through like the other two because the spring is stuck in a weird position (see left punch in photo)

Returned it to Staples and got this instead which is WAY better (easily adjustable to fit mini-binders, super heavy duty): Sparco SPR01796 Heavy-Duty Adjustable 9/32" 3-Hole Punch
