Moreover, there is no auto-attack in this game which means that to execute even your lowliest level 1 attack which does not cost any resources to use, you have to keep clicking that button until it breaks or your finger falls off - it is like BioWare wants to help peripherals manufacturers sell more mice and keyboards
-
What's up with no auto attacks?
-
Another aspect that I've been enjoying is the classes themelves, the lack of an auto-attack is a great implementation that draws the player into the combat more than in the past
-
I am very thankful that there is no auto attack because it engages the player more and makes each attack feel more personal
-
There is no auto-attack, so the player needs to stay alert and involved.
-
Auto attack agree with since quick target tab doesnt always go to closest
-
There is no auto attack which makes every class a button masher with weak enemies
-
is the lack of auto attack - you must repeatedly press the button to do your basic attack.
-
but it accomplishes just the opposite and takes away a lot of the grind by keeping you involved, you'll honestly find that you will hardly ever use the auto-attack except for filler as your actual abilities are obviously harder hitting.
-
I thought the lack of an auto-attack would make combat
-
Most MMO's have auto attack which means you will do a basic attack that does minimal damage, which can allow the player to be a little less hands on when fighting mobs because it's possible the auto attack could kill something for you

Once you get to 20, the plot gets stale as it becomes mostly recycled, and by 30 the class quests involve hours of pointless back and forth between planets

That was the point of getting to the higher levels was to become a bad a$$ and not have to worry about dealing with the mindless combat over and over and

I'd do something that should kill an

You can have a romantic relationship with them if you like as

The developers seem to be trying to fix and improve the game as fast as they can, and I am excited to be in "on the ground floor", so to speak, so I can watch this amazing game evolve and grow with time

You get several of these throughout your storyline, and they contribute to the story telling, as well as in combat and with your gathering/crafting
-
NPC characters in town repeat their same animation or just are randomly standing as well as if the whole world aside from your character froze in time

But by virtue of MMO design, these stories (decent as they may be) get diluted by the many, many other diversions MMO gaming throws at you.

You get daily and weekly quests to win a # of warzones and kill a # of players in Illum, thus slowly grinding out your PvP gear at the maximum level
