Although the developers at BioWare did release a game with good gameplay, it's riddled with many bugs and issues that killed the fun for me

Blizzard was in the same position a decade ago and SWToR copied many Wow aspects, but just didn't include the small things to make it stand out or viable, for example:_________________________________________________________PvP Ilum: Alterac Valley with no time limits, too big of a zone, terrible lag issues, etc

For me the issues I have with the game are as much an issue with the old MMO grind, waste a huge hunk of your life sitting in front of a screen grinding, same ole same ole, different genre, slightly improved graphics, WoW 2.0.

The issue isn't even the bugs, it's the fact that the game has been out a month, and none of the bugs have been fixed.

Having crazy issues with the Launcher - this is a product complaint - certainly not an Amazon complaint.

I understand that the MMO players have different issues with the game, and I respect that

Sure, SWTOR has issues since it's a young MMORPG, but I love the game

I had some issues with paying for a subscription since my bank was denying payment since it was an "international sale"

Update 1/24/12: The patch that went live last night seems to have alleviated a good deal of my negative issue #5.

Bug aside (weird chat issues, occasional model glitches, etc), I really look forward to the new content they release for this game and don't regret my purchase one bit.

I started sending tickets into Customer Service (CS) so they would be able to hopefully correct these issues in future patches

However that is not the main issue, the main issues are the bugs and the complete and total lack of customer service

They ignored numerous issues that are downright annoying and ruin gameplay from months ago

Apparently, my account was locked and after multiple attempts to correct issue with their friendly but clueless customer service, I am still not able to pay for anything in game (subscription, cartel coins).

In testing, we discovered that using our 'maximum resolution' textures on in-game characters during normal gameplay could cause severe performance issues, even on powerful PCs

My lag and FPS issues became even more problematic despite the servers being "closer" to me

Bottom line, the lack of people on the worlds is an issue.
