    • great! One of my favorite things is that instead of quest-text, all dialog is spoken in cut-scenes, and you can choose your responses which can have various effects, such as opening up additional quests, granting you more money upon completion, gaining light side/dark side points, etc.
    • Like the previous KOTOR games you can gain dark/light side points and gain/lose companion affection points through conversation choices
    • Also, apparently it is the dark side thing to ask for money before doing something, and gives the same amount of Dark Side points for committing random murder
    • But frankly, it made little difference other than affect your Light/Dark points from time to time
    • On that fact that it's completely voiced over has to be a good selling point.
    • Station Attack 2 is the same as Station Attack 1, except the hard points you need to destroy have SHEILDS
    • Yes, of course, I can start other characters on other servers- losing all my legacy points.
    • (Less than 1-2 weeks for those that live on caffeine and donuts)Buggy/Missing contentFlash points are buggy with really cool crash to desktop features
    • In dialogs with AI, there are multiple choices that determine the outcome of some quests and also give you light/dark side points, so you decide your ultimate disposition in the game
    • Does this not defeat the point
    • The story keeps you engaged because your decisions not only impact your light side/dark side points but also the huge story line
    • and you get dark or light points for it.
    • " (I'll explain in a bit)Crafting, not just gear, but crafting your Light/dark side points or gifts for your crewThen this game might be right for you
    • First, the Auction House equivalent in SWTOR is called the Galactic Market, and as such systems go the Galactic Market is probably the weakest point in SWTOR IMHO
    • great! One of my favorite things is that instead of quest-text, all dialog is spoken in cut-scenes, and you can choose your responses which can have various effects, such as opening up additional quests, granting you more money upon completion, gaining light side/dark side points, etc.
    • By grouping with others, you also gain "social points"
    • Like the previous KOTOR games you can gain dark/light side points and gain/lose companion affection points through conversation choices
    • They all have their good and bad points
    • The voice acting makes the game and is one of the best selling points for playing
    • Meaningless because the points are so easy to get and noone is really going to try to go neutral as at the
    • Your choices make no real difference in the world and only gain you Light Side or Dark Side points, affection gains/losses with companions and the occasional e-mail Ala Mass Effect 2.Your companions can be pretty good at doing their jobs but the lack of choice in recruiting them is a regression to games like Baldur's Gate and Neverwinter Nights.
    • Major weak point
    • EA added a /stuck command, but it damages your gear and frankly the point of MMO is to enter that state of mind where you forget you're playing a game
    • (i.e. The choice I thought was an obvious light side choice gave dark side points.
    • Light/Dark side points).
    • Surely they could have learned?Instances, outside of the first one you run, are standard generic fare with the chance to gain light side or dark side points
