The best product for a person with a small head

Product is good, but I returned mine because I found it on sale at my local Fry’s electronics.

No, I do not recommend this product.

These feel great, are built well, and are overall a good product, HOWEVER, considering that these are headphones and the primary purpose of headphones is to produce audio, these are one of the worst sounding headphones I've ever heard in my life, and I'm including $6 cell phone sets readily available here on Amazon

Overall shout out to Steel Series for making a genuine and quality product even at this price range even when i thought only the $300+ options were gonna be the only actual good sets out there!

The product itself was very good, however the transmitter was destroyed and they do not sell replacements so it is essentially useless

I have gone YEARS loving SteelSeries but the products I've used in the last 6-12 months have been absolutely abysmal and I cannot recommend their products to anyone anymore.

This may be able to be adjust with one of their programs from the website but overall an outstanding products, Steelseries nailed it.

Product worked great

Great product for the most part; but as a consumer I have no idea if the unit is bad, or just the cable

It is impossible to get to fit perfectly, the device has connectivity issues at all times, and most importantly I've had this product for two months and it refuses to connect to my PC

These things sound great with 2nd party software, the steelseries software is poopish, kicking mud on and amazing product, and an amazing value

A SUPERIOR PRODUCT!!!

I thought I had a defective product, but in fact... it's just that these features ONLY work on PC.The Pro's - VERY light and AMAZINGLY comfortable (Arguably the most comfortable headset I've used...and that list includes Astro A40/A50, Turtle Beach Elite 800, Turtle Beach Elite Pro and Sony Gold)

If you're only planning on using it with a PC, this is absolutely the highest quality and most comfortable headset you can buy for under $200.Oh, and this product is incredible if you've got a gaming Laptop.

This happens to me three or four times a day, Contact SteelSeries customer support, discuss about the problem over an hour and cannot solve it, had to refund the product

I'll be returning these as well, pretty much a useless product if I can't even wear them comfortably.

At 150 dollars my old Man O' War headset blows this out of the water
