Bought these expecting good things

The best thing about these headphones is the wireless access point

The mixer/volume is my new favorite thing turning people in discord up or down relative to my Spotify with one finger is awesome

There's a lot that I like about the Arctis 7, but the only bad thing is the most important thing about a set of headphones: the sound quality.

Sound is average enough, but man these things are heavy and will hurt your head after a couple of hours gaming.

Two positive things about the headset would be build quality as they are very sturdy and long battery life, It easily lasts 24hr on a full charge

Second thing is the comfort and the style

I will say I am very impressed with the build quality, I haven't owned many headsets but compared to my Plyr 1's and Stealth 500's, these things feel so good

Finally the weird headband thing to customize the size just isnt big enough, even with the strap fully maxed out it was not comfortable to ware and sat to high

All firmware and drivers are up to date and the engine is installed - no excuses, this thing is terrible.

The mic boom is a clever little thing that retracts easily into the headset and can be used while fully retracted (though I do not recommend it)

These things sound great with 2nd party software, the steelseries software is poopish, kicking mud on and amazing product, and an amazing value

Simplest things matter , I had LG Gruves with those simple features that help alot when using it for music

You can achieve some good high frequency on these, but definitely can't achieve good bottom end, not without making things really muddy, and unpleasant.
