Two of the most important assembly items are:: Make sure all the Shelves are on front to back, that is Sterlite lettering will face outward, & Mount the shelf to a wall with provided pre-drilled holes on the rear shelves to protect against those furniture fall overs

For the price this is a great shelf and I would buy another if I needed more storage.
