    • Battery defective on one of the units
    • Using on motion detection mode only the batteries died after only 3 weeks.
    • Rechargeable batteries make it more convenient.
    • The motion sensor discernably detects movement so as to not kill the battery unnecessarily and require a constant charge.
    • So glad they are rechargeable, no batteries needed
