Yes some of the buttons on frame come damaged but silver ticket contacted me with in minutes of ordering to inform me of the service kits available and one my screen arrived i contacted them and they shipped the kit right out free of charge

However, one of the loops used to pull the screen to the corners ripped off as I was installing the screen
