Most Hand Sanitizers are a mixture of Ethyl Alcohol to kill germs, and Moisturizer to keep one's hands from drying out.

Since I didn't run it through any laboratory tests, I can't comment on its effectiveness at killing germs but the spray bottle works

Ethyl alcohol is both less toxic to people and more toxic to germs than isopropyl alcohol, and it has less of a smell as well
