You have to contort the legs with the suit to get them in (front legs) and then pull it down and snap at the base of the hind legs

We snapped the legs together around her waist as her would improved so she could go outside without regularly unsnapping it (though that worked well initially when she was more interested in her stitches).

If it is a little big their legs can be trapped in the suit and not be able to walk.

It was tight on chest ,neck and front legs but loose on belly

Size L didn’t wrap around his hind legs tightly enough to keep him from getting to the incision when he would sit or lay down

He kept getting his legs inside the suit when he would lay down

It’s durable, and even though it felt like it would tear when cramming stubborn legs through the armholes, it didn’t
