My dog got surgery on a Tuesday, and I ordered this suit the day after my dog surgery because the inflatable collar didn't work as he is a long snout and can still reach

Because of that collars would not work as they would go after each others stitches

The E collar did not work as he absolutely hated it and would run into everything and actually chip paint off the walls

The vet told me they do NOT recommend this for spaying as they want the are exposed to the air and free from cloth

The S was a little loose around the hind legs, but fully covered her abdomen

The neck was not too tight, and the S was much easier to get off and on

My female dog was better served w/an old clean t-shirt of mine that I just cut up the back leaving the neck untouched

The suit is made of a soft heavy t-shirt type material

n’t know if a medium or medium plus would work

n’t think it would work for him because most of these suits are created for abdominal surgeries and not for Neuter surgeries.

The suit itself it not as durable as I though it’d be, the material is of stretchy cotton
