V advertisements says that water will take 8 minutes to boil mine took almost 20 minutes to boil and the heating element turned off which stopped the water from boiling and then turned back

My only complaint it the amount of time it takes to boil boil water (roughly 6 minutes but the description is honest in telling you that) but for those of us who are a little impatient it is a little unfortunate.
