Thought the game was ok, loved super Mario world on the 64 way way better

The music really captured each world and situation really well.

Odyssey offers hours of quality content and colorful worlds to explore

There are tons of moons in every kingdom, all you need to do is to explore the world like a child

Each world feels sufficient (albeit some are more robust than others).3

The long story, beautiful worlds, entertaining surprises, etc more than made up for this.

I still haven't gotten 100% on this game (I plan to) but I come back to it all the time because of how good it feels and how enjoyable the worlds are

The worlds are colorful, imaginative and super fun to traverse in search of all the little hidden secrets (i.e. power moons), of which there are a TON to discover

Every world you explore is rich in detail, with so many things to do that you are going to have a hard time completing everything

Nintendo has done an amazing job of creating a robust new world to explore

Fortunately once you save the princess and unlock the rest of the moons a fair few of them have good platforming challenges and the two secret worlds offer some difficulty

Overall, Mario Odyssey is a good Mario title game, wonderful worlds, recognizable characters & features with a new mechanic to keep it a bit fresh, but experienced Mario fans can plow right through it in under a week (or even in one sitting)

I enjoy exploring each world and not rushing to beat the boss and move on...

The worlds, while big enough to keep me interested, certainly don't have the appeal to make me come back and search for all 35 to 40 moons just for fun

My grandson is absolutely nuts about this great game - he's 7 years old and seems to know how to do just about everything to work his way through these mysterious yet nostalgic worlds - great fun -
