Super Smash Bros. - Nintendo 3DS

    • The new game modes, twists to previous modes, and a fun endgame credits game are welcoming additions, although I sorely miss the old Target Test (this new one pays homage to Angry Birds)
    • Target Blast has you pummeling a bomb followed by launching it in order to destroy as many targets as possible (Think Angry Birds), while Smash Run has you journeying through a sizable maze collecting power-ups and fighting enemies from various Nintendo games in order to prepare for a challenge with your opponents, which can range from your run-of-the-mill fight, to a race to the finish, or a Multi-Man Smash
    • Some of the minigames, such as the target smash, have been changed and feel more like a game you might play on a mobile phone or tablet - the new target smash has some elements similar to Angry Birds and other tower-physics games
    • Home Run contest, where you try to hit a sandbag as far as possible (Pst, use Ganonorf and use his reverse B instead of the bat) and Target Blast, which is pretty much launching a bomb bird from Angry Birds
    • There's another where you hit a bomb at a bunch of targets (this seems quite similar to Angry Birds).
    • (no Adventure Mode, unique Target Test stages for each character and instead an Angry Birds/Crush the Castle rehash), and how the existence of this version and the cross-platform compatibility with the Wii U version is why there are no Ice Climbers, transformation between Zelda/Sheik and Samus/ZSS, or why Olimar/Alph only get 3 Pikmin (in comparison to 5 in Brawl for Wii) to name a few things, because since the 3DS can't handle those things, the Wii U version is stunted a bit
    • good s***.
