The one thing that is consistent with these lights is the adhesive is useless

FYI the adhesive on mine dies after being peeled off once, so just make sure you stick them on right the first time, or else be ready to use some tape

In summary, these strips came with defective remotes, a bad adhesive and no way to plug them in

Firstly, the adhesive on the back is terrible and you shouldn't trust it

Unfortunately I had a little trouble attaching the LEDs to my desk because the adhesive isn't very strong, and my desk is pushed up against a wall so it is hard to get to the back of it.

Aside from the common complaint that the LED strips are difficult to adhere to surfaces (I used additional adhesives to mount mine), the lack of a power adapter in this package, and the product feels cheap, I was more bothered by the fact that there doesn't appear to be consistency between strands

I should have bought the hang up clips because the adhesive is crap, and nothing else will hold it up

The adhesive is very weak to begin with and comes of easily, very typical of the other super night leds I have but this strip is the worse

However, when I wrapped the LEDs around my desk they were fine for a day and a half until the cheap chinese adhesive started to give way

(Update: the remote seems to have glitched and is now working fine, the adhesive still sucks though)

Granted these lights are much thicker and wrapped in a silicone that makes them heavier but proper adhesive should have been included.

The only thing I didnt like was the adhesive on the back didnt stick well to the plastic roof of my golf cart that we were trying to light up

The adhesive on them are garbage, was unable to keep them stuck to the surface of my tv's edges

I found that the first LEDs got hot (not as hot as if you have only 3) and towards the end of the string things became almost room temperature

I have pictures of the burned camper wall as well as of the lights but do not see a way to add them to the review.
