Cheap antenna wire

cheap junk right out of china that did not work from the beginning,the antenna broke off due to weak construction.

Just think about paying a couple extra bucks for a better antenna and that will make it a lot more enjoyable.

The tv works really well with a roof top antenna with a signal booster

Got a new antenna and it still didn't work very well.

I then hooked it up to a powerful MOHU antenna and still received no channels

I purchased this tv for when power goes out,works well,made well,NOTE,the antenna that comes with not good at all,but if you purchas the DTA240 highgrain digital TV aerial,you'll be very pleased

Receives great with provided antenna, great picture...

The antenna is kind of crappy, I only got two stations with it

Only picks up a very limited number of stations unless connected to cable or a very large, not portable, antenna.

The antenna that comes with the TV is useless unless you are say within 1 mile of the transmitter, standing on the roof of your house.

Needed a stronger antenna--after we purchased a more powerful antenna, it has worked beautifully.

I might try another antenna maybe the Terk amplified antenna might work on this, but I only have 30 days to return the TV

Good little portable, a little shy on the portabilty, and the tuner needs to be better for fringe areasPicture quality is very good, and using external antennas is recommended.

Most important...be sure you have a good antenna.

Have to lead it out of the window...invest in a flexible antenna!

The $36 Terk was just as good as a $65 Radio Shack antenna.

I purchased another more powerful antenna and only got6 stations and they barley came in

Very weak in receiving signals, bought additional high gain portable antenna but did not help

This TV will pick up the basic local Digital Broadcast (2-4 channels).To receive additional and outer distant TV broadcasters, buy one of the small portable, foldable, Digital TV Antenna.

The telescopic antenna is not very good unless you are right near a TV station.

You definately need to get a better antenna if you use it in a variety of locations, like I do on the road with my semi.

This antenna is not good at all.

It has a great picture and great sound, once I got the correct antenna.

When their(sic) is poor reception you might need a better antenna that can boost the signal

My camper has a very capable amplified Winegard Metrostar antenna

**UPDATE #3***I had this TV 4 years now and it has gone with me to Arizona, Atlanta, Connecticut, New York and Minnesota and the picture still looks as great as when I first purchased it !
