    • Tech support suggest I get one of their better units as they always have complaints about this unit.
    • I talked to their tech support which was easy to reach and friendly and they suggested yagi antennae instead of omni antennae
    • The tech support was responsive to ensure I had hooked things up properly and that the green lights would come on, which they did
    • Called tech support and was told that this unit will not work as advertised unless everything in the world is perfect and does not have to broadcast through more than 1 wall.
    • Called tech support again (they are good about answering calls) they said the lights should be on and this wasn’t good
    • Tech support was on the line and gave me some pointers
    • And I couldn't talk to tech support because there was no signal
    • To bad t-Mobile support could not provide it over the phone.
