While the book contains many easy tunes for the beginner it falls short on actually teaching you how to play, especially beyond the lowest octave range.

The tunes would be suitable for a young child or an absolute beginner with little or no experience in reading music

This book is simple and clear and best of all, the tunes don't make me cringe

I really like the progression of difficulty and simple, pleasant tunes
