I called the 888 phone number for help and the foreign person

Their "customer service" phone number doesn't work (Curtis Inc.).The website gives me the run around.

I contacted the phone number on the box and then sent them the information they requested

The controls on the unit are so small i have to use a magnifier to read them so the remote would really e useful!
