E-mailed about my problem and I got send a new one and that one works like a charm haven’t had no problem.
I have not tried my charger in the UK yet, my trip is a couple of weeks off, now I am using the USA plug and it is working well, I will follow up on it after I return
Recent trip to UK used to charge two phones, tablet and laptop all worked well
Appears to be very well made and is working great so far..
So far it has worked great, in the USA, haven't tried it overseas yet.

Traveled to International locations with it, changed plugs, compact, convenient, fast charging ports all make this a great product.
For some reason, this power bank gives smart chargers a rough time; only the dumb single-port LG charger that came with one of the company's tablets seems up to the task
Was a great charger until the ports started failing and most annoying to plug something in and come back later and find whatever you've plugged in isn't charged
This is a great and convenient charger, the fast charging ports work as well as the OEM charger.
Worked great in Europe, only downside, this only worked with USB, no port for a regular plug

Tired of search for silly single cable usb block plugs, then getting them to fit in the power strip.
This is an awesome plug in with 4 USB ports with US, and UK, travel adapter.
The only thing I didn't completely love is that because of the design of the block and the way the weight rests against the plug part it would not work well in an outlet which has looser plugs
the plug and looser plugs sometimes fall out and plugs don't stay in very well
Had international plug adapters that is a waste for me, but excellent charger, that has plugs for electricity in the US

Very disappointed the only reason I purchased this was for a "fast charger".
There's no reason to send it back, but I am dissapointed.
But the main reason for a 2 star rating is that it didn't work long.
