The trick is to ditch the junky plastic bands they give you, and use hair ties instead

However the bands on the back are very easy to lose.

There wasn't much available in my town as far as that rubber elastic band, as I needed a longer elastic band fastener

the top band does not fit over the back of the mic, but it works really well regardless
