    Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing

    • I felt that it was a perfect way to introduce the conversation about the changes that go through, about periods and bras which are difficult subjects to discuss and Judy Blume did a lovely job to explain it and initiate THE conversation.
    • While I might not have been as cognizant of my body as Margaret was, I can relate to thinking even in a very obscure way, many of the thoughts she expressed here
    • I loved the funny, hilarious way Judy Blume depicted an everyday family
    • When Margaret finally has a conversation with her, she insults Laura in basically the worst possible way by playing on her insecurities
    • Don't find yourself,a few years down the road, wondering how your daughter's views on things got so messed up simply because you took the easy way out

    • Peter's parents are trying very hard to meet both of the boy's needs, but Fudge-as a strong-willed toddler- does kind of suck up most of their time and energy, while Peter spends a good deal of time being used to manage his brother; unfortunately, a rather normal dynamic for some families
