All other devices are connecting and working fine

Well I am unable to connect wireless so very disappointed, but device it self is super cute, video comes in pretty good, you have to speak very clear or can’t understand, would be better if I can connect to the wireless aspect reason why I ordered

The actual device looks like a dog too...so cute and functional!
