    • This happens even though I'm only a couple of feet from the computer, and other bluetooth headphones - including others made by the same manufacturer - do not have this problem, so I don't think it's a problem with my computer (which is a relatively new Macbook Pro, fully updated, etc.).The company was kind enough to send me another pair to try, in case there was a problem with the original headphones, but alas, the problem has persisted the the new headphones

    • That being said, once you get past the great build quality, fantastic long-wear comfort, terrific packaging and accessories (that hard case is something), there are a few minor gripes
