The device looks very nice , however after 6 months of use the battery no longer accepts charging and it does not even work when it is permenantly connected to USB power

Sound through the device works crystal clear, but sound on the other end when using it to talk to people on the phone is terrible

Also, after connecting to headphones, the device would sometimes make this loud beeping noise for a few seconds, I'm not exactly sure what's up with that.

Here's the thing, it looks cool, acts great, nothing wrong, would be a great device but the dang part where it doesn't KEEP connecting to my phone, had to get another brandeach time i got in my car, i had to reach into the center console, fish for the BT receiver, press the button, go to settings in my phone, connect to it, and by the time it's connected i already have a tumor in my brain by how long it takesdon't waste your money, seriously annoying.

Great device carry it with me everywhere, battery last and charges really fast
