While they performed well, on one of them the suction cup started to disintegrate into some sticky goo now dripping all over my dashboard

I mean melted, oozing sticky goo

Suction cup no longer works because whatever was the soft gasket Has literally Become some sticky goo and flowed away

It left a sticky goo all over my dash and center console where it fell

The other one is in better condition but the suction cup also becomes a rather sticky goo.

Worked great until the adhesive stuff on the suction cup decided to melt down my windshield and cover my inspection sticker with this sticky goo.

Over time, the suction cup turned into a blob of clear goo and remains stuck to my windshield.

I finally had to use gasoline to dissolve the sticky goo.

I liked it at first, but then after my car sat in the hot sun for a few days the sticky goo melted onto the windshield and the mount slid down to the dashboard.
