When I plug it into my computer it makes this awful popping, crackly noise and doesn’t stop

You can't turn the speaker off, there is no off button, you can turn the volume down but the static noise is still there

It adds large humming noise to the sound

EXCEPT - there is a constant, background static noise at all times, whether playing through the speakers themselves or when you plug in a headset

Now, the speaker like I said sounds great, but if you plan to also use your headphones with this speaker, the most annoying static noise will emit in your headphones, I've tried many different headphones and they all do it

CONS:~The speakers have some noise that comes through the USB power depending on your source.

Excellent customer service and the replacement is much better than the original without the odd background noises
